Frequently Asked Questions
How long will it take to get my order?
We make small batches at a time. Typically, we bake & ship within 7 business days. That timeframe can be extended over the holidays, so please always email us at email@example.com if you have a time sensitive order. Shipping adds additional time depending on where you live. We are not staffed yet to take phone orders but with your support, we will soon get there! We are very fast at replying via email, 7 days a week.
Where do you ship?
Within the continental US only at this point, no Alaska or Hawaii yet. If you live outside of the US and have a large order, we are happy to investigate the cost of shipping to you. We hope to add international shipping if we see a demand for it.
How do you ship?
USPS, UPS, and Fed Ex - depending on the destination.
Cookie grams include the cost of shipping in the price. For all other products, a single case or single item (i.e. t-shirt or cookie jar), starts at $7.95. Additional cases are shipped at the same rate since each one is shipped in separate boxes.
Tell me about your facility please?
What is the shelf life of your cookies?
We date our cookies with a shelf life of 6 months, although they've tested fine as far as 9 months. You can freeze them, but allow time to thaw as coconut and honey will get hard in cold temperatures.
Are your cookies organic and non-GMO?
Absolutely. We went to great pains to source ingredients that met our high standards - no junk, no toxins in our cookies.
What about Kosher or Gluten Free Certified?
Bakeovers are both Kosher (Circle K), and Gluten Free Certified.
Bakeovers are made on dedicated equipment, not shared by any other brand or product, in a dedicated kitchen, in a peanut-free, certified gluten-free facility without recirculated air. It is physically separated and color coded from those kitchens within the facility that do process egg or dairy. Every ingredient sourced comes from suppliers that do not process gluten, dairy, peanuts, egg, soy, or tree nuts (other than coconut). We periodically run outside, third party batch testing for allergens. How do I contact Bakeovers?
For now, only via email at firstname.lastname@example.org. We respond 7 days a week. We just are not staffed for phone calls right now, but with your support, we will soon get there.
